Welcome to the Opera Foundation of Panama

Inaugurated in 2008 the Opera Foundation of Panama produces several Operas each year to entertain, enlighten, enrich and contribute to the growing cultural scene in Panama. The foundation also supports and trains talented, young artists and aims to provide education scholarships in Europe and the USA. Since the re-launch of Opera in Panama at the majestic National Theatre at the Casco Antiguo, Panama City, Panama, the Opera Foundation has performed / plans to perform the following operas:-

• Madama Butterfly – 2008
• Die Zauberfloete – 2009
• La Traviata – 2010
• La Boheme – 2011
• Tosca – May 2012
• Aida – October 2013
